Aditya Urban Homes NH24 Noida's Finest

"I am a buyer in their Aditya Urban Homes project in Dasna,bamheta village, Ghaziabad. I have following review points about them. 1. All staff is uneducated & idiot from top level to down.I remember when one of staff member (Anil kaushik) misbehaved and First is complaint MR. Prakash , said me i can't do any thing & when i went to director(UMA Aggarwal), She told i can not changed what happened . 2.They put penalty over me due late payment as loan sanctioned late even i tired my much but they did not reduce a single Rs. They don't try to compensate my penalty with charges due of delay of project delivery at their end. 3.They force me to sign over empty paper else i have to wait for my sales deed upto several days. 4.They made their own rules in their own world ,They have transfer charges every time when your property sales.F or life time a property pay them.(pls ask) 5.They work like government office , you have to wait for long ,Not answering,misbehave on call. 7.They will send you demand letter but it will not reach you because if it reach you & paid on time than how they will put penalty over you. 8.They all are foul players and trap you in your game. Please beware these kind of dogs in builder lobby., Don't buy any property from them.It's my hand folded request you to all. Regards, Parvendra"

"Very poor customer service from preet vihar office by assisting management basically tower -c Urban's Home assigned people . They don't have manners how to talk with customer also not any proper response related to any quary. Paid salary by Aditya group is totally waistage of money."

"No parking available for 1bhk and only 500 parking space available for 3000 flats. Builder fooled verbally. Don’t buy flat in this chor society. I wish if there is any rating below 1 star I would have opted it."

"M 812 Urban homes Don't ever take this property on rent the owners are fraud they don't return security amount, when u ask they threaten tenant, abuse them and use foul language even with lady tenant"
